Definition
Authorization object for the central administrative functions in FI-SL.
Authorizations for this authorization object are checked in the
following functions:
Preparation for system configuration (GCVO): the system checks whether
the user has authorization for action ’01’.
Table installation (GCI1, GCI2, GCC1, GCU2): the system checks whether
the user has authorization for action ’02’.
Archive, delete archive, reload archive, archive management (GAR1,
GAR2, GAR3, GAR4): the system checks whether the user has authorization
for action ’03’.
Delete ledger (GCDE): the system checks whether the user has
authorization for action ’04’.
Tools (GCD1, GCD2, GCD3, GCD4, GCD5): the FI-SL functions ‘Diagnosis’,
‘Control report’, ‘Graphical navigation’ and ‘Check currencies’ are
grouped together under ‘Tools’. The system checks whether the user has
authorization for action ’05’.
Conversion (GCUM): the system checks whether the user has authorization
for action ’06’.
Ledger statistics (GCAN): the system checks whether the user has
authorization for action ’07’.
Transport (GCT0 – GCT9, GCO1, GCO2): the system checks whether the user
has authorization for action ’08’.
Display integrated master data (GD53): the system checks whether the
user has authorization for activity ’09’.
Maintain integrated master data (GD51, GD52, GD54): the system checks
whether the user has authorization for activity ’10’.
Display code combinations (GD63): The system checks whether the user
has authorization for the activity ’11’.
Maintain code combinations (GD61, GD62, GD63, GD64): The system checks
whether the user has authorization for activity ’12’.
Data transfer (GCU1, GCU3, GCU4, GCU5, GSTA): The system checks whether
the user has authorization for the activity ’13’.
