Definition
This authorization object defines the selected sets which can be
maintained by a user in a plant for each catalog type.
In general, you need the authorization for the current status of the
selected set when maintaining existing selected sets.
If a status change is made, the user also needs the corresponding
authorization for the new status.
The authorization object is checked for the following functions:
Collective maintenance of selected sets
When you enter the transaction, the plant, catalog type and selected
set are checked.
Only those selected sets for which the user has authorization are
listed.
The status is not taken into consideration at this point.
When modifications (e.g. text changes, deletions) are made, the plant,
catalog type, selected set and status are checked.
Individual maintenance of selected set
When you enter this transaction, the plant, catalog type and selected
set are checked.
The catalog type, selected set and status are checked when
modificationsare made.
Maintenance of quantity codes
When you enter the transaction, the plant, catalog type, selected set
and status of the selected set are checked.
