Definition
You can use this authorization object to restrict access to stored
print lists.
Authorization object
accessing stored documents.
Access authorization can be checked on the various levels of object
type, document type, content server and report name and can be
permitted for various activities.
Access authorization can be checked for the following functions:
Storing
Displaying
Administration
Defined fields:
OAARCHIV
You use this field to check access authorization for particular content
servers. The content servers must be maintained.
OAOBJEKTE
Access authorization can be differentiated by maintained object types.
The object types allow application-oriented access to documents. All
maintained object types can be used.
OADOKUMENT
You use this authorization field to check access to document types. All
global document types are permitted.
ACTVT
You use this authorization field to define particular access modes to
stored documents.
The following activities are provided:
