Definition

Prior to calling up the where-used list of the business partner from
dialog maintenance, or with incoming telephone calls, a check is made
as to whether the user has the authorization to display the use of a
business partner in a particular application. If this is not the case,
the user is not offered the corresponding application to see how the
business partner is used.
