Definition
With this object, you control the authorization for the encryption or
decryption of payment card data.
You can encrypt the payment card number for a payment card. This number
can be already be used for payments, in connection with the payment
card type and the valid-to date.
Due to the encryption, the payment card data can no longer be accessed
by simple methods (e.g. transaction SE16). You need to call up special
methods for decryption. You need the corresponding authorization for
these methods.
