Definition

With this authorization object you can define authorizations for
individual field groups for the maintenance of the account master data.
You use it to specify which of the account master data maintenance
fields a user may maintain or display.
&HINTS&
This authorization is optional. You do not need to issue it if none of
the field groups needs special protection and no field groups for the
authorization have been stored in Customizing for this reason.
&FIElDS&
The object consists of the fields “Field group” and “Activity”.
Field group
You use this to specify to which field groups the authorization is to
apply.
Activity
You use this to specify which activities are permitted.

Check in transactions
The system checks the authorization object in the transactions for the
maintenance and display of the account master record.
&WHAT_TO_DO&
If you wish to use this authorization, proceed as follows:
Determine the field groups of the fields you wish to provide special
protection for.
Define these field groups for authorizations in Customizing (choose
Authorization management (IMG)).
Define the authorization you wish to assign to selected employees for
the field group.
Assign this authorization by means of the activity group.
