Definition

This authorization object is checked in the basic functions of the
system regarding the application of component-specific patches.
Only with the appropriate authorization is it, for example, possible to
generally allow a particular patch type of a component to be applied.
Since this mostly involves far-reaching decisions, which users may not
be able to reverse, a separate authorization object was created for
this.
