Definition

Authorization object for the queue management transaction (SM38).
The queue management facility allows you to access the input/output
queues of the R/3 System. It is via these queues that you read batch
input data into the R/3 System or send it to other systems.
Without an authorization for the object, a user has no access to this
transaction.
