Definition
The authorization concept for revaluation at retail comprises the
following activities:
1. Display
This authorization allows you to display the following information.
Retail price changes in the conditions in the following transactions:
VKU1 (list of retail price changes and automatic total revaluation at
retail)
VKU6 (list of retail price changes)
Retail revaluation documents in the following transactions:
VKU3 (partial revaluation at retail) when referencing retail
revaluation documents
VKU4 (display list of retail revaluation documents)
VKU5 (display retail revaluation documents)
2. Change
You can do the following with this authorization:
Display information as in activity “Display” (see 1)
Change the status of retail revaluation documents in the following
transactions:
VKU1
You can change the status from “B” to “C”.
VKU3
You can change the status from “A” to “C”.
You can change the status from “B” to “C”.
VKU6
You can change the status from “B” to “C”.
VKU7 (automatic total revaluation at retail)
You can change the status from “B” to “C”.
3. Create/Generate
You can do the following with this authorization:
Display information as in activity “Display” (see 1)
Change data as in activity “Change” (see 2)
Create retail revaluation documents in the following transactions:
VKU1
VKU2
VKU3
VKU6
VKU7
The system checks if the user has authorization for the specific
distribution chain and plant entered.
